Graduate Notice

BK 공동협력사업의 일환으로 우리 교육연구단과 KU-KIST, 공과대 교육연구단들이 함께 세계적 저명 학술지인 Nature와 ‘Nature Master Class at KU’를 개최 합니다.

본 Class는 현재 전세계에서 가장 권위있는 학술지인 Nature 에디터를 초청하여 공과대학에서 공통적으로 교육이 필요하다고 판단하는 국제전문학술지의 작성법에 관하여 논문 출판의 전체과정에 관한 강연을 듣고, 관심 있는 연구주제에 관하여 Review를 받아, 고려대학교 대학원생, 연구교수, 참여교수들의 연구 수준을 높이고, 나아가 국제적인 네트워크를 구축하여 교육의 국제화 수준을 높이고자 기획되었습니다.

4. Nature Editor

가. Prabhjot Saini

- Team Manager (bio- and organic chemistry team) and Senior Editor, Nature Communications

- Prabhjot became Team Manager of one of the Chemistry editorial teams in May 2017. She received her PhD from Imperial College London, which focused on the synthesis of catalysts for copolymerization reactions. Her expertise in green and sustainable polymers makes her fully equipped to handle the polymer and hydrogel papers at the journal. Prabhjot is based in the London office.

 

나. Prateek Dongare

- Team Manager (energy materials team) and Senior Editor, Nature Communications

- Prateek has a background in homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis, artificial photosynthesis, and mechanistic photochemistry. Prateek begun his editorial career at our sister journal Communications Chemistry and subsequently moved to Nature Communications. He received his PhD degree from Memorial University, Canada followed by post-doctoral positions at Uppsala University in Sweden and The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In addition to the team management responsibilities, Prateek handle papers dealing with fundamental and mechanistic insights of energy materials and also submissions in all areas of the team’s remit. Prateek is based in the Berlin office.

6. 참가자 등록 및 초록 접수: 5월경 공지 예정이며, 초록접수는 최대 30명(공과대학 전체) 제한이 있기 때문에, 선착순으로 접수할 계획이니 미리 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

7. 기타: 참가 종료 후 Nature 본지 편집위원장 명의의 수료증 발급
