- 102 research projects offered in 7 engineering
fields.
- 25 scholarships are available annually (maximum
of 6,000 CAD for
4 months; 1,500 CAD/month).
- Project listings, eligibility criteria, and
application procedures are available both on our application platform and
in the program brochure(PDF).
Internship Duration, Start
Dates, and Orientation
- 5 possible starting start dates between April and
July 2026.
- Maximum duration: four (4) months.
- Internships kick off with a 1.5-day orientation:
a welcome session on Day 1 and a campus tour on the morning of Day 2.
Nominations
- Each institution may nominate up to 3 students for this edition of the
program.
- We kindly ask for your collaboration in
identifying and nominating your most qualified candidates. Only nominated
students will be considered.
- Please submit the Nomination
Form (XLSX) by January 8, 2026,
and ensure that all documents submitted by nominated students comply with
the requirements outlined in the Instructions Guide (PDF).
- Each successful applicant will be counted as a
spot of exchange.
Application Process
- Nominated students are strongly encouraged to
complete and submit their application via our online application
platform as
early as possible, and no later than January
15, 2026, at 23:59 (EST).
Housing Information
- While students are responsible for securing their
own accommodation in Montreal, they will receive support to assist with
this process, including a Pre-departure Information Guide featuring
trusted housing resources and practical advice, as well as a dedicated
housing workshop during their orientation session.
Key Dates
- Early February 2026: Results will be sent to you
directly.
- You will be responsible for informing all
nominated students of the results.
Kindly ensure that selected students
clearly understand they must plan to arrive the weekend before the start of
their internship. They should not arrive earlier, due to the 120-day work
permit restriction. |
