For the purpose of improving course operation, a mid-semester course evaluation (student feedback survey) has been conducted since the spring semester of 2021, during the first half of each semester after classes begin. 2. Courses subject to the mid-semester course evaluation (student feedback survey): Undergraduate courses for the spring semester of 2026 3. Undergraduate courses offered in the spring semester of the 2026 academic year. Period and method of participation in the student mid-semester course evaluation (student feedback survey): - Period: April 16 (Thu), 2026, 10:00 – April 22 (Wed), 2026, 23:59 - Method: Log in to LMS → List of pending surveys → Participate in survey 4. Mid-semester course evaluation (student feedback survey) questions: Refer to the attached file. 5. Period for instructors to view the mid-semester course evaluation (student feedback survey) results: - Available from: April 30 (Thu), 2026, 10:00 onward 6. All responses to the course evaluation (student feedback survey) are processed anonymously and randomly ordered by the system, ensuring that neither the system administrator nor the instructor can identify the student who submitted a specific response. 7.
