주요 연구 분야본 연구에서는 물성자료의 수집과 더불어 자료를 평가하고, 설계 및 공정 계산에 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발 하고 있다. 자료의 평가 방법은 미국 NIST와의 공동연구를 통하여 2010년 기-액 상평형 자료의 건전성 검증 방법을 개발하여 미국 NIST와 공동으로 논문을 발표하였으며, 이 방법은 ASPEN plus 소프트웨어에 탑재 되었다.
